Lawn area, beds & borders and hedging each add time on their own, so two jobs that differ in one answer differ in price by exactly that answer. The rest scale the whole job:

The first price column is before GST. The second includes GST at 5%. Paying by bank debit instead of card is a little less; the booking page shows both.
A regular schedule costs less per visit because the yard never gets away from you. An overgrown yard takes more time on the first visit, which the condition setting accounts for.
