It lands when something real happens

Priority bookingThey book a job on your link. When it’s done and paid, you both go to the front of the line for a year — every booking confirmed the same business day. Each referral that comes through extends it.
Half a monthThey start a business with us. When it hands over — registered, licensed, live — half a month comes off your Prontco plan. Not on one? The same amount waits as credit on your next booking.
Your Home FileEvery job you book goes into a Home File for your address: what was done, what it cost, and the pro’s licence, insurance and WorkSafeBC status on the day. Worth handing to your realtor when you sell.
For tradesOn the vendor list? Send a contractor who clears all six checks: a month of membership on us, good for 12 months, and first place in the dispatch queue for 90 days. Send a customer for a trade you don’t do: first place in the queue for 90 days. Join the list →
Go-to partnersOn the vendor list, name one contractor per trade you don’t do. Your referrals in that trade are offered to them first — 2 hours to say yes, then normal dispatch. Different trades only, both sides agree, and a no-show or a cancellation inside 24 hours ends it. Your page keeps the tally: sent and received. Nobody is paid.

Nothing here is ever paid in cash. Referring yourself doesn’t count, and nobody is named to anyone: your friend sees your first name and nothing else. Realtors: refer clients from the realtors page — nothing changes hands, by rule.

Do I need an account?

No. An email is enough to hold your link. If you book a job, run a business with us or are on the vendor list, your link is already on your page.

What does priority booking mean?

Your bookings are flagged to us as priority: they go to the front of the line and we confirm them the same business day. It lasts a year, for both of you.

When does it start?

When the job your friend booked is done and paid. Not when they click, not when they book.

What is a Home File?

A record of every finished job at your address: what was done, what it cost, and the pro’s licence, insurance and WorkSafeBC status on the day. Everyone who books gets one.

What does a partner get?

The first look. A partner is offered your referral before anyone else and has the usual 2 hours to accept. The price is the rate card and the buyer approves it, the same as any job. Nothing is paid to anyone for a referral, and the partnership ends automatically on a no-show or a cancellation inside 24 hours.

Does it expire?

Priority booking lasts 12 months from the last referral that came through, and each new one extends it. Launch credit held for someone not on a Prontco plan lasts 12 months.
