Prontco is a small company in Richmond, BC. This page is written to be read, not to be scrolled past. It covers prontco.ca, the client and vendor portals, and the emails we send.

Every email we send says it is from Prontco and tells you how to stop it. Reply with the word stop and we write no more; that takes effect immediately and applies to everything except the transactional messages a client or vendor needs (an invoice, a document request, a job you accepted). Text messages, where we send them, work the same way: reply STOP.
Where we email someone whose address is published on their own business website, we record which page it came from and say so in the email, and one reply ends it.
We use a small number of services to run the site, each under its own contract and privacy terms. They process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

Some of these store data outside Canada. If that matters for your situation, say so and we will tell you what we can do.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for anything that runs on consent. Email info@prontco.ca; we answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you are not satisfied with our answer, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia takes complaints at oipc.bc.ca.
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and clients and listed vendors get an email saying what moved.
