Book it for the day the place is empty, not the day the keys go back. A move-out clean with boxes still in the hall is a standard clean with obstacles, and the deposit inspection is the same afternoon. Carpet extraction and junk left behind are separate; note them and we price them in. Damage repair is not cleaning.
